My education started in psychology and human resources years ago and led me to various challenging corporate roles in procurement, operations, analytics and business development. Since moving careers, I have supported clients in small option homes experiencing severe mental illness. A few years ago, I became a certified divorce coach, finding peace and purpose in connecting one-on-one with parents experiencing divorce, separation and relationship loss. This connection inspired me to pursue my dream of becoming a counselling psychotherapist.
By embracing life lessons through an array of experiences and education, I am grounded in a client-centred approach, applying unconditional acceptance and cultural curiosity to my non-judgemental way of being. Above all, I believe in empowering others for self-determined change by enhancing coping strategies through strength-based explorations to foster meaningful self-discovery.
My therapeutic areas of interest are anxiety, depression, grief, loss, intrapersonal issues, relationship difficulties, and self-esteem.
I look forward to hearing from you,
