Corey Bergman

At the heart of every trial, there is hope—but sometimes, it feels out of reach. When struggles become overwhelming and life feels stuck, finding joy and working toward a hopeful future can seem impossible. I want to help you recover, restore resilience, and rebuild confidence. Whether you're navigating PTSD, anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, or relationship challenges, I’m here to support you.

With 20 years of experience as a frontline worker, I take a collaborative, client-centered, and evidence-based approach to therapy. My goal is to help you regain balance, peace, and a sense of control in your life. Together, we’ll explore strategies tailored to your unique needs, always prioritizing confidentiality, choice, and respect.

I’m passionate about the outdoors—canoeing, hiking, camping, and wilderness skills—and have had the privilege of supporting veterans, youth, and children through various volunteer organizations. I strive to provide therapy through a culturally sensitive and socially just lens, recognizing that healing is not one-size-fits-all.

The journey toward healing takes courage. But if you're here, a part of you—no matter how small—believes things can get better. That belief matters. It would be an honor to walk alongside you and empower you on your journey.
